The Renewable Energy Week (REW2026) is a strategic partnership between the Ministry of Energy and the Tanzania Renewable Energy Association (TAREA), taking place 10–13 November 2026 at the East Africa Commercial & Logistics Center (EACLC), Ubungo, Dar es Salaam.
It brings together government, industry, financiers, technology providers and communities to accelerate renewable energy, energy efficiency, and clean cooking adoption across Tanzania — building on the successful REW2024 and REW2025 editions.
The programme spans technical learning visits, capacity-building training, a two-day exhibition and conference, and closes with a networking dinner marking TAREA's 25th anniversary.
